Not sure where the time has gone, but Ethan's third birthday is almost here. I love him fiercely.
He likes animals (above he's holding three stuffed kittens in his rain jacket), and he especially likes monkeys. He likes trains, he likes cars. He makes up songs and does pretend play most of the day. He likes to fall asleep holding my hand. He is a great snuggler. He likes to read books, especially Eric Carle. He is gentle with Mae and tough with Aaron. He likes to eat cinnamon bagels, sliced but plain. He likes mud, sand, puddles. He likes to be without a shirt. He likes flip-flops. He likes camping out with Josh. He is, for sure, a mama's boy. And that is ok with me.
