A rainy day and three kids not feeling well - good day for a project. This was easy and takes very little fabric. I bought a "fat quarter"as she suggested, and this is probably enough fabric for three pairs of shoes. :) I did take her suggestion of buying an old leather purse at the thrift store for the bottoms - cost me $1.50. Altogether, these took about a hour and a half. The majority of that time was spent on those silly bows ... ha ha!

I had to tighten the elastic, and now they do! :)
